Registration Information and 2011-2012 Fees

SAVE THE DATE! Don't forget that there will be a pre-registration day at Coronation Arena on Saturday September 10 from 9am-1pm. If you haven't yet registered your child to play, now is the time!

To register for the 2011-2012 CMHA season, please download the appropriate registration form, fill-in the required information and return two (2) copies of the completed form to the Association with a cheque for the appropriate fees.

NOTE: Late registration fees do not apply to new CMHA registrants, but all playing spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
