Clinics

Coronation Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) provides access to on-going clinics. Attending one or more of these clinics is necessary for volunteers to participate in running the various teams in the association. These clinics are provided to CMHA volunteers at no cost to the volunteer (provided that the clinic attended by volunteer is a HMHC clinic and attendance is arranged by the CMHA TDC rep. Volunteers that attend clinics outside Hamilton will not be reimbursed by CMHA for their costs). Any volunteer that does not attend a clinic that they have signed up for will not be subsidized every again for an HMHC clinic (see policy below), but rather will be responsible for the full cost of any clinic they wish to attend. 

To obtain further information on clinics and reserve a space at an upcoming clinic, please fill out one of the following applications and return it to the CMHA TDC rep, NOTE: please disregard the instructions on the application regarding a security deposit cheque as these rules have changed, but a new application has not yet been generated.

Re: Clinic Attendance

It is YOUR responsibility to attend the clinic you apply for. If you are unable to attend your confirmed registered clinic it is YOUR responsibility to notify your TDC rep a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the clinic.

If you do not or cannot give 2 weeks notice of canceling your attendance, or do not attend the clinic at all, you will NOT BE SUBSIDIZED again into ANY Hamilton Minor Hockey Council clinic. Consideration will be given to those who can fill their spot with a suitable replacement. You will be allowed to grieve the decision through an attendance review, showing just cause and proof of your absence. (contact your TDC rep for forms)

You will still be allowed to attend any clinic, at your own cost. You will have to register as an Out of Town registrant, using the Out of Town registration form, found on the Hamilton Minor Hockey Council web site.( www.hamiltonminorhockey.com)
